IPM offers Community Association and Development Management services for Homeowner and Property Owner Associations. We also offer Architectural Design Review Administrations and Commercial Management to clients in the Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers, Glenville, and Highlands areas with our operations office in Cashiers, NC. We employ a state-of-the-art database software system developed exclusively for professional property management in order to provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to our clients. Our key staff has independent business and property management experience, with over 10 years in the Cashiers area and 35 years in our corporate office in Arden, NC. IPM/Pro Management has the depth of expertise and technology to provide a high level of physical site management as well as accounting and administration services to a broad range of clients from fewer than 10 owners to more than 1000; condominiums to single-family communities to commercial centers. Our office is conveniently located right on US Hwy 64 just West of the Cashiers Crossroads.
